If you are a registered customer, you can access your order status by logging into your account.  You can access your account here as well as the "My Account" link located at the bottom of each page. Once you have accessed your accessed your account, you can clink on the "My Orders" link for order status and history.

 

If you are not a registered user, you can contact Customer Care at [email protected]  Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm PST, excluding all national holidays.

 

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment verification. BlackHalo.com will contact you if there are any issues with your order.

 

Please note: Once and order has been placed, if cannot be modified or cancelled.

Please note that UPS only ships on business days.  If you would like to request a Saturday delivery, please contact our customer care department to set the up the Saturday delivery. 

 

BlackHalo.com does not process or ship orders on National Holidays, Saturday or Sunday and these days are not included in delivery time.

 

Orders placed with approved payment Monday - Friday before 12pm PST will begin processing that day and ship within 1-2 business days.

 

Orders placed with approved payment Monday - Friday after 12pm PST will begin processing the next business day and ship within 1-2 business days.

 

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST or on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday and/or next business day.

 

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

International Orders

 

Black Halo has partnered with our partner, International Checkout, to fulfill international orders.  Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option.  You will complete you order on the secure International Checkout page.  You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.  International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.  Once you place your order, please direct all inquires to International Checkout at [email protected]

 

Which countries do you ship to?

 

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Black Halo.  Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO/FPO addresses.

If you refuse delivery of an order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
