All orders placed on Black Friday or Cyber Monday (11/24-11/27) are final sale and uneligible for return.
Returns can be made for full refund* within 30 days of receiving your package.
If ineligible for refund, orders qualify for store credit or exchange within 60 days of package delivery and inventory availability.
A complimentary return label can be requested within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If returning items purchased on BlackHalo.com, please contact us at [email protected] for a RMA #. We DO NOT accept returns without an RMA #.
Returns that do not have an issued RMA # will be refused.

Returns received 30 days after RMA issue date will not be accepted.
All returns must have the security tag intact and meet the following criteria: unworn, unwashed, all tags must be attached, all accessories must be included, no perfume or other scents, no human or animal hair, no rips or tears, no other signs of being worn all original packaging and hangers must be included in order to receive a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements. Please note that we don’t accept returns of Black Halo items purchased from third-party retailers (Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, etc.). Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase directly for information on their return policy.

In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you’ll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your account.
Please contact our customer care department at [email protected] for your RMA # and a complimentary return shipping label if the order is returned within 14 days of receipt of order. Orders returned after 14 days but before 30 days customer pays freight charges.
Once a return arrives at our warehouse it can take us up to 10 business days to receive, inspect and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed. Rejected returns will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order and customer may be charged a $15 processing and shipping fee.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges, all duties, taxes or brokerage fees. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we issue a refund. All other Return Policy condones apply. International orders are not eligible for a complimentary return label.
