HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Orders placed November 29th through December 20th will be eligible for a full refund up until January 25th unless purchased during the Black Friday or Cyber Monday Sale.
All Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders are eligible for store credit or exchange for 2 months.
Returns can be made for full refund* within 30 days of receiving your package.
If ineligible for refund, orders qualify for store credit or exchange within 60 days of package delivery and inventory availability.
Instructions for return and a prepaid shipping label are included in every Black Halo package to make returns and exchanges easier than ever. Please make sure to include your return slip in your return. Please note: return packages shipped after the 14 days of initial delivery will incur a $10 shipping fee, which will be charged at the time of your return. If you lose or misplace your complimentary prepaid shipping label, a new one will not be given to you and you will be responsible for shipping costs.
Returns that do not have a return slip included will be refused.

All returns must have the security tag intact and meet the following criteria: unworn, unwashed, all tags must be attached, all accessories must be included, no perfume or other scents, no human or animal hair, no rips or tears, no other signs of being worn all original packaging and hangers must be included in order to receive a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements. Please note that we don’t accept returns of Black Halo items purchased from third-party retailers (Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, etc.). Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase directly for information on their return policy.
If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of package delivery.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Care to place your desired item on hold so your item does not sell out while we await your return package. Desired Item will only be held for 14 days and then will return to stock. All Exchanges are Final Sale.

Once a return arrives at our warehouse it can take us up to 10 business days to receive, inspect and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed. Rejected returns will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order and customer may be charged a $15 processing and shipping fee.
We currently are not accepting International Returns.
