Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed and delivered Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays. Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing unless expedited shipping was purchased.
Shipping rates vary by zip code and are calculated at checkout.
Expedited orders must be placed before 12:00 noon PST Monday - Friday in order to received same day processing. If you are ordering overnight shipping on a Friday before 12:00 pm PST your order may not arrive until the following Monday. All other orders will process between 24-72 hours.
Please note that we do not ship nor deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. If you would like to request a Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Care department at customercare@blackhalo.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated freight carrier delays. Our warehouse is located in Los Angeles, CA.
International orders can take up to 3 weeks to receive. Taxes and duties are typically collected at checkout. However, they may be collected upon delivery.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship worldwide.
Refused deliveries will be returned to our warehouse and the customer will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses at this time.
We will do our best to accommodate cancelations. An order cannot be canceled once it is processed and ready for shipment. Please contact our customer care department at customercare@blackhalo.com for assistance.
We are unable to make changes to an order once it is submitted.
