Returns can be made for full refund within 30 days of receiving your package.
*Due to the COVID-19 Los Angeles shut down, Black Halo will be extending the refund period to up to 45 days from purchase.
Store Credit or Exchange
If ineligible for refund, orders qualify for store credit or exchange within 60 days of package delivery and inventory availability.
All returns must have the security tag intact and meet the following criteria: garments must be unworn, unwashed, all tags must be attached, all accessories must be included, no perfume or other scents, no human or animal hair, no rips or tears, no other signs of wear. All original packaging and hangers must be included in order to receive a full refund/store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements.
Please note that we do not accept returns of Black Halo items purchased from third-party retailers (SAKs, Neiman Marcus, etc.).
Please note that there is a $10 restocking fee for all returns that are requesting a refund. Returns requesting store credit or exchange will not receive a restocking fee.
Please follow the instructions below for returns:

2. Enter your Order Number and Shipping Zip Code
3. Follow the Instructions on the returns portal to receive a complimentary return shipping label
4. Affix the complimentary return shipping label to the original packaging with the items being returned inside
5. Take the package to your nearest UPS store within 7 days of printing return label
Return Processing Times
• Store Credits will be issued when scanned back in our warehouse
• Exchanges will be issued at initial UPS scan
• Refunds will be processed in 1-2 business days once passed quality control inspection
Please note that there is a $10 restocking fee for all returns that are requesting a refund. Returns requesting Store Credit or Exchange will not receive a restocking fee.
International customers may return merchandise by any trackable shipping method at their own expense. However, we recommend using UPS. Kindly email our Customer Care department at firstname.lastname@example.org your tracking information to ensure prompt service. Packages must be returned prepaid including duties.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at CustomerCare@blackhalo.com within 2 days of receiving the package. We will replace the damaged item upon availability.
