Orders are processed and delivered Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. Orders placed by 12:00 noon PST will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated freight carrier delays.

Orders must be placed before 12:00 noon PST Monday - Friday in order to received same day processing for expedited orders.

International Shipping Is Currently Available WORLDWIDE From Black Halo. Our Third Party Vendor, International Checkout, Will Ship To All Destinations Around The World Including APO/FPO Addresses.

Refusal Of Delivery

Refused deliveries will be returned to our warehouse and the customer will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

APO/FPO PO Box Shipping

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses at this time.

Changing or Cancelling Orders
